            On 1st Nov 2012, Jiangsu TY Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd signed a strategic implementation system consulting project cooperation agreement with Shanghai Lingkan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd to improve the level of management and promote the sustainable development, Shanghai Lingkan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd is the affiliated enterprise of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, focused on the business strategy, corporate strategy, human resources consulting business.
             At 9:00am 10th Nov, incorporated company held the strategic implementation project kick-off meeting, strategy implementation of the project officially started. Senior executives of incorporated company and the heads of all subsidiaries and departments total more than 60 person participated the meeting. The meeting chaired by President Cao Debiao, Shanghai Jiao Tong University professor Wang Jinxiu on the strategic implementation process, balance, using the concept of integral card in the strategic management of the strategy map and project schedule in detail.
