On the afternoon of November 15th, 16 employees of Fuzhou Tianying EcoEnergy celebrated a special event in the first-floor hall of the office building. As happiness "consignees", they received their wished gifts, their faces beaming with pure joy.
To foster greater understanding, respect, and care for sanitation workers and improve their well-being, Fuzhou Tianying EcoEnergy, in collaboration with the Fujian City Appearance and Environmental Hygiene Industry Association and the Fujian City Appearance and Environmental Hygiene Industry Trade Union Federation, organized a campaign to collect "micro-wishes" from sanitation workers. This campaign aimed to address the practical needs and aspirations of frontline sanitation workers, encompassing both their professional and personal lives, by providing them with essential items. To this end, the Comprehensive Department of Fuzhou Tianying EcoEnergy conducted thorough surveys about the living conditions and needs of these workers, and compiled a list of their "micro-wishes". The requested materials were recently distributed, fulfilling these micro-wishes.
While seemingly minor, these simple wishes represent workers' genuine expectations and aspirations for a better quality of life. Fulfilling these micro-wishes conveys authentic emotion and strengthens interpersonal connections. This shared warmth, in turn, is believed to transform into a powerful motivational force, fostering increased engagement in work and the pursuit of a more fulfilling life.
